Medoro Resources is a gold company focused on delivering shareholder value through the consolidation and development of projects in Colombia. Medoro owns the mineral rights on the Zona Alta and Echandia properties in the Marmato region of Caldas state, Colombia. In addition the Company has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Mineros Nacionales S.A., which owns a license over the Marmato Zona Baja property on which it operates an underground gold mine and mill.

Medoro also holds a 100% interest in the Lo Increible 4A and 4B concessions in Venezuela and interests in other exploration areas outside of South America.
