Serafino Iacono (Co-Chairman)

Mr. Iacono is the Chairman, CEO and a co-founder of Coalcorp Mining Inc. He was a co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp. With over twenty years of experience in capital markets, he has raised more than US$900 million dollars for numerous natural resource projects internationally.

Miguel de la Campa (Co-Chairman)

Mr. de la Campa was a co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp. Over the last twenty years, he has been involved in the financing and development of mining, oil and other resource projects in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Africa.

Robert Doyle (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Doyle has spent the past 30 years in the mining industry and has been involved with Medoro since inception and was Executive Vice President of the company until May 2007. Previously, he has been Chief Financial Officer of Coalcorp Mining and Pacific Stratus Energy, Chief Financial Officer of Bolivar Gold Corp. and Chief Financial Officer of HMZ Metals Inc. Prior to that, Robert was a precious metals analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston and RBC Dominion Securities. In addition, he has held a number of financial and executive postions with Falconbridge limited and LAC Minerals.

Giuseppe Pozzo (President)

Mr. Pozzo is President of Sardinia Gold Mining. Previously, he was President of Chivasso Industria SPA, Deputy of Piedmont Parliament and Chief Executive Officer of Geo. Res srl.

Jose Francisco Arata (Executive VP - Exploration)

Mr. Arata has over twenty years experience in mineral and oil exploration in a number of countries in South America. He was formerly Executive Vice-President, Exploration at Bolivar Gold Corp. and Vice President - Mining at Corporacion Venezolana de Guayana.

Nelson Lee (Chief Financial Officer)

Mr. Lee has over 12 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. He has held senior financial positions for TSE and NASDAQ publicly listed multinational companies. Nelson is experienced in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions and the raising of capital. Prior to joining Medoro Resources he was Corporate Controller for Cygnal Technologies Ltd.

Peter Volk (General Counsel and Secretary)

Mr. Volk is General Counsel and Secretary to Medoro Resources. Previously he was General Counsel and Secretary Bolivar Gold Corp. Mr. Volk worked in the Securities Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon and at Anderson Mori, Japan's largest law firm.

Jose Rafael Gomez (President - Medoro Venezuela)

Mr. Gomez is a graduate of the Venezuelan Military Academy, has a diplome d'etudes superieures in International Law from the Institute of Haute Etudes Internationales of Geneva, and a Master Degree in Political Science from Harvard University. He was an International Advisor to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, holding the position of Vice–Minister, and has represented Venezuela in various positions before UNESCO, the Organization of American States and as a member of that country's delegation to the UN General Assembly.

Michael Beckett (Director)

Mr. Beckett is the Chairman of Endeavour Mining Capital Corp. He also serves as the Chairman to several international public corporations, including Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited, Watts Blake Bearne & Company Plc, and Clarkson plc. In addition, he holds directorships with several diverse and international natural resource companies, including Northam Platinum Limited, Siblelco Minerals & Chemicals Limited, and Orica Ltd. Formerly, he was a Managing Director of Consolidated Goldfields plc, where one of his responsibilities included the management of its international investment portfolio.

Jamie Perez Branger (Director)

Mr. Perez Branger has a Master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics has more than 18 years of experience in the financial and industrial sector. Currently he is President of a family holding company, with among other things, interests in tourism and construction. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of a number of companies inside and outside Venezuela related to the financial, agricultural, commercial, and tourism sectors as well as a director of several business guild organizations. Previously he was a founding partner of Andino Capital Markets, a Latin American investment bank where he was directly responsible for corporate finance and private equity investments. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Perez Branger managed the Corporate Finance Department at Vestcorpartners a regional investment bank. Prior to this, he was Vice-President in charge of capital markets and corporate finance at Citibank, Caracas.
